1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sculpted ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sculptedguides.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any digital products purchased through it. By visiting the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Sculpted, or have the permission and direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms and handles payment on your behalf.

3. Our Products

Sculpted sells digital products, including fitness, nutrition, and training ebooks (the "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

4. License to Use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or upload the Product (or any part of it) to any other person, site, forum, or file-sharing service
• Claim authorship of the Product
• Use the Product for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

All content, text, design, and branding within our Products and on the Site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sculpted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Sculpted's Products are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not written by a licensed physician, dietitian, or medical professional. Always consult a doctor before starting any new diet, exercise, or supplement program — particularly if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing, or managing a pre-existing health condition. You assume full responsibility for your use of any information in our Products, and individual results will vary.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in USD and due in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Revolut and/or PayPal); your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Digital Delivery

Because our Products are digital, there is no shipping involved. After a successful purchase, you'll receive your download link and/or email access, typically within minutes. Double-check your email at checkout, and check spam if it doesn't show up right away.

8. Refunds

Because our Products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If a file is corrupted or a download link is broken, contact us at sculptedguides@gmail.com and we'll fix it. 

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, you'd normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. By completing checkout and accessing your digital download, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you expressly waive this withdrawal right once the Product has been delivered.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its normal operation. Fraudulent purchases or chargeback abuse may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpted and its owner(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products — including any injury or health outcome from following the information they contain. Use of any exercise or nutrition information is at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Services

The Site runs on Shopify and may use other third-party tools (analytics, email, payment processing). We aren't responsible for the practices of these third parties, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted here. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
